- Corrections. If a fact, number or link on the site is wrong or out of date, please tell us which page and, if possible, include a source. We review corrections carefully and update pages when the evidence supports it.
- Feedback. Was a guide unclear? Is a topic missing? Suggestions for new pages or better explanations are welcome.
- General questions about the site. Questions about how we work, our sources or our language versions.
Response times
We’re a small editorial team, so replies can take a few days. Corrections that affect safety, such as a wrong contract name or an outdated swap instruction, get priority. If your message is about a specific page, include its address so we can find it quickly.
What we can’t help with
eoscoin.org is an independent information site. We are not the Vaulta Foundation, an exchange or a wallet provider, so we can’t:
- give personal investment, tax or legal advice;
- recover lost funds, keys or accounts, or reverse transactions;
- handle support requests for exchanges, wallets or dApps; please contact those services directly through their official websites.
Stay safe
We will never ask you for a private key, recovery phrase or password, and we never contact readers first offering “help” with a wallet or a token swap.
